Individual Sessions

I charge $150 per 50 minute session.

Accepted Insurance

I accept Aetna insurance through Headway, making it easier for clients to access care with in-network benefits. If you have Aetna, you can quickly verify your coverage and book an appointment through Headway’s platform. Click below to get started.

Out of Network Benefits

If you have a different insurance provider, you may receive Out-of-network (OON) benefits from your insurance provider. I can offer a superbill receipt for you to request reimbursement from your insurance carrier if applicable.

You can check your out-of-network benefits using Mentaya. You have two options:

  1. Self-Submit: You check your benefits and submit a superbill yourself.

  2. Mentaya Submission: For a 5% fee ($7.50), we can submit your claims directly through Mentaya to ensure they're applied correctly.

Use the benefit checker to check your out-of-network benefits and choose the best option for you!

Cancellation Policy

I prioritize my clients by holding space for each person I see. When an appointment is canceled in advance, I can offer that time to another client in need. However, late cancellations and no-shows prevent others from accessing care.

  • Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a full session fee.

  • Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

  • The credit card on file will be charged for these late cancellations and no-shows.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for services.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
